These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of StreamSupply (the "Service"), operated by Ultimate Sweat LLC ("StreamSupply," "we," "us," or "our"), a Florida limited liability company. By accessing the Service, submitting a dealer application, or placing a quote request, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
StreamSupply is a wholesale platform available only to approved businesses in the precious metals resale industry, including coin dealers, livestream auctioneers, online resellers, pawn shops, auction houses, and estate liquidators. To access dealer pricing and submit quote requests, you must:
We reserve the right to approve, deny, suspend, or terminate any dealer account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason not prohibited by law.
Products displayed on the Service are subject to availability and are not offers for sale. When you submit a quote request, you are submitting an offer to purchase, which we may accept, modify, or reject at our discretion.
An order is only confirmed when we send you a written confirmation with wire transfer instructions. Until confirmation, no contract exists.
Precious metals prices are volatile and subject to constant market fluctuation. Prices displayed are indicative and may change at any time.
Upon our written confirmation of a quote request, pricing is locked for 48 hours from the time of confirmation. If wire transfer is not received within the 48-hour window, the confirmed pricing is void, and any subsequent order will be re-quoted at then-current market prices.
All confirmed orders are payable by domestic wire transfer only. Payment must reference the order ID. Personal checks, credit cards, cryptocurrency, and other payment methods are not accepted unless expressly agreed in writing.
You are responsible for any wire fees charged by your originating bank. Payments received in incorrect amounts may result in order delay or cancellation.
Confirmed orders ship within 2 business days of wire receipt via insured, signature-required carriers. Shipping is FOB origin. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery of the goods to the carrier. All shipments include insurance up to the invoiced value.
You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Reshipment fees may apply for undeliverable packages caused by address errors.
Report any damaged, tampered, or missing shipments to our trade desk within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery for non-arrivals). We will assist with the carrier's insurance claim process. Failure to report within this window may forfeit your right to claim.
All confirmed orders are final. Precious metals are commodities with prices that change second to second; we do not accept returns or cancellations after confirmation except in the following cases:

Nothing on the Service constitutes investment, financial, or legal advice. Precious metals prices can rise or fall. Past performance is not indicative of future returns. You are responsible for your own purchasing and reselling decisions.
All content on the Service — product photography, descriptions, logos, and design — is the property of Ultimate Sweat LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any content for commercial purposes without written permission, except that approved dealers may use product photography for the resale of items purchased from StreamSupply.

THE SERVICE AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT PRICING WILL REMAIN STABLE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SPECIFIC ORDER GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, OR MARKET LOSSES.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ultimate Sweat LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, breach of these Terms, or violation of any law or third-party right.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The "Effective" date at the top indicates when the current version took effect.
This Privacy Policy describes how Ultimate Sweat LLC ("StreamSupply," "we," "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the Service. By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.

Data is stored on Google Firebase servers in the United States and protected using industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS/HTTPS) and at rest. Access to dealer data is restricted to authorized personnel of Ultimate Sweat LLC.
While we take reasonable precautions, no system is 100% secure. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential.
We retain dealer records, orders, and communications for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with tax, accounting, and legal obligations (typically 7 years for financial records).

The Service is a business-to-business platform and is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
The Service is operated from the United States. If you access the Service from outside the U.S., your data will be transferred to and processed in the U.S. under U.S. law.

StreamSupply is a wholesale precious metals dealer. Because bullion and coin prices are commodities subject to constant market fluctuation, all confirmed orders are final. This policy explains the limited circumstances under which we accept returns or issue refunds.

If we ship the wrong item, wrong quantity, or a substantially different product than what was confirmed on your order, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a corrected shipment or full refund.
